A blockbuster set of three flowering shrubs to add enviable structure, perfume, and interest to any garden.
The low maintenance nature of these shrubs makes them an absolute dream for gardeners of all experience and ability, even for those with little time on their hands.
Supplied as three established plants in 8/9cm pots, including one each of:
Escallonia ‘Pink Elle’ 9cm – An evergreen shrub that is reliable throughout the seasons of the year. Dark green and glossy foliage remains strong in all seasons on this hardy shrub, which is low maintenance and boasts a natural branching habit for hedging.
In the first weeks of summer, enjoy large heads of blossoming pink flowers, as well as a second, slightly less prolific, flush of flowers in early autumn.
Californian Lilac 8/9cm – Commonly known as the ‘creeping blue blossom’, this is a mounded shrub with glossy, evergreen leaves and powder-blue flowers that emerge in the spring. Friendly garden pollinators, particularly butterflies, will be drawn to the pretty flowers of this shrub in May and June.
This is a proud holder of the coveted RHS Award of Garden Merit, owing to its proven garden performance and suitability for UK gardens.
Deutzia ‘Raspberry Sundae’ 8/9cm – A stunningly attractive shrubs, which makes a perfect specimen plant for gardeners of all abilities. Gentle arching stems become covered in an abundance of crimson and pink bicoloured flowers in early summer, complete with a light and sweet fragrance.
Compact and fully hardy, the flowers of ‘Raspberry Sundae’ are a magnet for butterflies and bees.

If your shrub is not blooming any flowers, it may not be getting enough sun.
Care Information
Planting Advice:
- Water your potted plant well.
- Dig a hole a little deeper and 3 x wider than the nursery pot.
- Add a soil conditioner such as well-rotted manure to the earth removed from the hole if necessary.
- Remove the plant from its pot and tease out a few of the roots.
- Place your plant in the hole at the same level at the pot.
- Refill the hole with the earth removed (backfilling).
- Firm in the soil with your heel, avoiding the root ball.
- Water well and mulch around the base of the plant with a collar, compost, gravel, bark etc.
Aftercare Advice:
- Keep plants well-watered for their first season to ensure that they establish.
- Feed regularly with a general-purpose fertiliser while in full growth
Pruning Advice:
- Pinch out new stems to encourage branching.
- Cut back hard after blooming to encourage new growth.

Most orders are sent on a fully-tracked courier service with Yodel. To avoid perishable items being stuck at depots and deteriorating, no signature is required, and our courier is asked to leave your order in a safe place on your property.
We'll send a tracking link when we dispatch your order, so you know when its due to arrive. Please note, once delivered we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft from your property. If you have any specific delivery instructions, please let us know - there's an option to enter a short message for the courier at the checkout.
Smaller, lighter, single-item orders may be sent through the post with Royal Mail - in which case no tracking is available.
Our experienced nursery team will always send your plants nursery fresh in the perfect condition to thrive when you plant them, so although most plants are very tough and will not be affected by all but the most extreme frosts or heatwaves, we avoid dispatching the most perishable plants if extreme weather is forecast, or over Bank Holiday weekends.
Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery on a certain day or time. Delivery to outlying postcode areas may take 1-2 days longer, dependent on your location.
